Here's our buddy RICK, from San Francisco. As you can see, he's a very beefy guy! :-) He's also one of the niceest guys you'll meet! He's also an animal in the gym, as you can imagine...	RICK is 6'4" and 305 pounds, with a 53" chest, 20" arms, and 30" quads.	Here's one last pic of Big Man RICK! :-) Drop him a line if you like what you see!
Here's an update from our buddy TRENT in Tennessee. He's getting bigger and bigger each time we see him...just what we like to see! :-)	Thanks for sharing, TRENT, and we hope to see more of you soon!	They may not be Great Pumpkins, but they are ok. :-) We show off our artistry for Halloween.
This is WIL, who now lives in Seattle. John has known him for years, since he lived in Phoenix. He's looking for, as he puts it, a guy who's "tall, beefy, furry, thick, stache, and big forearms...basically a big daddy type." If you are that type, why not srop the man a line. :-)
Our Musclebearz Buddy JEFFRY (in the middle here, with the blue shorts) sends us these pics from a couple of powerlifting meets he's been in recently.	A 425 pound squat...	...a 355 pound bench...
..and a 475 deadlift...a personal record! :-)	Congrats on the meets, BIG MAN! :-) Here's JEFFRY taking home a second place trophy for a two-man deadlift competition.	We went to San Diego for a weekend recently. Here's Charlie in front of the Musuem of Man in Balboa Park there. They have a ton of really interesting museums and attractions right in the park!
