Here are two Amsterdam buddies of ours, ALEX and GARY (on the right here)	GARY and ALEX were very helpful in Amsterdam, showing us around one night. Drop them a line if you're another musclebear traveling to Amsterdam! :-)	This is TIM from Charlotte, NC. He's a beefy little musclebear, looking for bigger and beefier Musclebearz buddies. He's 5'4" and a thick 186 pounds.
Speaking of the bigger and beefier among us, here are a few updates from DAN from Boston.	The big man DAN is a thick 265 pounds these days and he wears it well! :-)	Here's one more from DAN. If you want to see more, be sure you check out his updated webpage here!
Here's another happy European couple, DAVE and JOHN (on the right here) from London.	JOHN shows off a beefy growing body here. :-) Very nice! If you want to see more, check out their webpage here.	Our buddy RANDY from Augusta, GA has been growing like a weed. Here he is at a bulky 205 pounds aboard his newest "toy." You know what they say about the bigger the toy, right? ;-)
