Our buddy JEFFRY from Chicago sends these two pics of him hard at work, packing on the size.	JEFFRY has been entering powerlifting competitions and adding to his personal bests on each lift at each meet! Way to go, BIG man!! :-)	Here's an update from TIM in Boston. Tim says he's up to 265 pounds now, and very strong in the gym! WOOF!!
Our buddies JOHN and DAVE in London sent us this picture of us from our visit there. Thanks for sharing your home with us, guys!	Here's CHAD from Akron, Ohio. He's a beefy one, at 5'4" and 175 pounds, with thick 17" guns. His goal is to get up over 200 pounds before the spring. He's got a new digital camera, and promised updates of his progress. Thanks for sharing!!	Our buddy TRENT from Tennessee (on the left here) sends us another pic from this last year's Folsom Street Fair. He's here with a buddy of his, and both are looking HUGE! :-)
Here are three good ones from STEVE in Houston, TX.	STEVE says he's up to a solid 275 pounds these days. With pecs like that we can believe it!	Look for more pics of this BIG guy as he gets ready to compete in a powerlifting meet in May of this year.
And finally, we haven't heard from our buddy ANTHONY in Switzerland in awhile. Here's a picture of him celebrating New Years Eve in style. :-)	Of course, the more the merrier, right ANTHONY? :-)
